This
year Music In Deerfield offers you six concerts of unparalleled
splendor for our 30th season. Hear
the Calder Quartet perform in the charming First
Church in Historic Deerfield, Massachusetts. Discover
the fine acoustics of St. Mary's Church in Northampton, and delight
in the excitement of the festive holiday program performed
by Anonymous 4. Valley favorite Matt Haimovitz
returns; and the Trio Solisti,
The Martinson Project, and the Pacifical
Quartet become part of our long list of extraordinary artists.
Experience these performances in the intimacy of Smith College's
superb Sweeney Concert Hall.

As the name translates, the “trio of soloists”
(Jon Klibonoff, piano; Maria Bachmann, violin; Alexis Pia Gerlach,
cello), with a program to include Tchaikovsky’s Piano Trio in A
minor.

Calder Quartet
Inspired
by the innovative American visual artist Alexander Calder, the Calder
